KARKADEH
is the name of our small restaurant with room for 12 people max.
Here is the Karkadeh flower, a Hibiscus type flower
(Roselle- Hibiscus Sabdariffa),
a small plant of great importance for making tea and juices.
It grows wild on our shamba,
is very nutritous, helps decrease arterial blood pressure
and is much used in Ayur Veda medicines.
